- How far is it from the Kempegowda International Airport (Bengaluru)?
It takes you 38 mins to reach the SAIACS CEO Centre from the Airport without traffic, else 42 mins via NH 7 which is about 28.2 kilos meters away.
- What is check in / Checkout Time?
Check in time will be at the point of arrival and Checkout time is on departure within 24 hrs.
- Do you allow smoking in your property? In the rooms?
No, we are cigarette free environment and we do not encourage anyone to smoke in their rooms as we are eco friendly.
- How much do you charge for wireless internet access?
The Wi-Fi service is free for all in house guests and we do not charge for it.
- Do you have a fitness centre? What kind of equipment does it have?
We currently don’t have a gym however you may access a world class fitness centre on daily membership which is located half a kilometre and it’s open from 5:30 am to 11:00 pm.
- Do you offer room service? What are the hours?
No room service available.
- Do you have a business centre?
Yes, we are established as a Centre for Educational Opportunities (CEO). Several business training and development programmes are being conducted at the conference rooms, seminar halls and auditorium with air con facility. For further information contact the front office.
- Do you have a pool?
No we do not have a swimming pool
- Do you have a spa what are the hours?
Yes, we do have a spa facility as we are in tie up with Banyan Tree Spa and Saloon which is open from 8 am to 8 pm, one among the finniest on satisfaction guaranteed.
- How far are the Tourist site, shopping malls, metro?
Most of the prominent tourist sites are located +15 kilo meters via main cities and for stationed metros likewise. The nearby Shopping mall is within 5 kilo meter radius namely Elements, with PVR cinemas.
- Do we accept card payments?
Yes, we accept all bank credit and debit cards both VISA and Master accept for Amex.
- Is breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner provided?
For room bookings we have included breakfast as a complimentary meal. And the meals thereafter will have to be ordered as our experienced chef’s looks into preparing a homely and tasteful cuisine as per the guest wishes.
- Can I add an extra bed/baby cot in my room?
Certainly we can add an extra bed in addition to your rooms on prior notice, where they will be a standard fee charged to it. For infants between the ages of 2 to 8, no cost will be incurred.
- What are the charges for taxes & services?
12% Luxury Tax 15% service tax on 60% of the accommodation.
- Are the room rates per person or per room?
Per room charge irrespective of individual guests staying in the room.
